I was lucky enough to be interviewed by the Manic Mommies about being a military mom, about Okinawa Hai and about Now Serving.
I did my best to represent you, the military community. I broke a sweat over it. I even made something up about why we move every three years. Be gentle on me and correct me all you want. For your time and energy, I created some awkward moments with a reference to Pulp Fiction and outing my cousin, Kim, as a "blogger lover". I'm always trying to make you smile.
If you aren't already on the podcast wagon, let the Manic Mommies be your gateway drug. I used to download their podcast from iTunes but I hear tell there are other ways to do it. When your husband is deployed and the kids are sleeping and you want a night out with the girls, download an episode. They are the next best thing to your best friend. Promise.
Here's how they describe the interview:
Of course I want you to listen to the interview and all but consider this a public service announcement too. You should be listening to them anyway. They make rainbows rainbow-ier.

You’re tops! Your grandfathers would be impressed with your service to the military family.
Way to go Meredith, your interview was spectacular.
Love you cousin. Mwah.
Awesome, Meredith!! And congrats on the bun in the oven! (I didn’t realize you were still blogging here — I took this site off my feed reader when you moved)
Very funny and good interview!
it was a nice surprise on my way to work to hear that you would be on the show! I have been listening to them for about a year! I love it! Keep up the great job!
Meredith – You did a great job and we loved having you on the show. We’ve received a great response from our listeners also. Thanks again for visiting!!
